Reading those signs is one of the oldest and most insightful tools in natural health, and it’s become my signature.
In a face, tongue, and fingernail analysis, I look at these outward signs to understand the health and vitality of your organs and systems — a window into what’s really going on beneath the surface. It’s a powerful starting point for understanding your whole picture.
What I Look For
Every detail is a clue. As I review your photos and your history, I’m reading patterns such as:
- The color, coating, moisture, cracks, and texture of your tongue
- The ridges, marks, color, and shape of your fingernails
- The signs on your face that reflect your organs and overall vitality
- Patterns connected with digestion, circulation, inflammation, stress, and nutrient balance
What You Receive
You’ll submit clear photos along with a completed intake form. I review everything in detail and prepare a personalized, written naturopathic report with observations and a natural health protocol — practical food, lifestyle, and natural-support guidance built around your whole picture. We then meet so I can walk you through it and answer your questions.

We get together every 30 days. It can stand on its own or be added alongside your full analysis.
