The skin on your face is the outermost record of what is happening underneath it. Loss of tone, hollowing, dullness, sagging along the jaw, the crepe that shows up at the neck before anywhere else — none of that begins at the surface. It begins with what the body has stopped receiving, stopped absorbing, or stopped repairing.
The Natural Facelift is a guided six or twelve month program built around that idea. We find the damage first. Then we work on it from the inside, in the order your body needs, with me watching what changes.
How it works
It begins with a complete analysis
Your full Face, Tongue and Fingernail Analysis, done personally by me. Nothing is decided before this. I do not know what your face needs until I have read it, and no two people have ever needed the same thing.
Then a plan built only for you
From what the analysis shows, I build your protocol. Specific nutrients aimed at what your body is actually short of. Dosing that fits you rather than a bottle label. The foods that support what we are rebuilding and the ones quietly working against it. Where a complementary therapy is worth adding, I will tell you which and why.
Then we work the plan together
We stay in contact across the full term. I look at fresh photographs as we go, because the face reports back long before a mirror convinces you of anything. The protocol changes as you change. That is the entire point of a program rather than a single consultation: a plan written in month one and never revisited is a plan that stops fitting by month three.
Particular attention goes to the areas people notice first and dislike most. Tone and fullness through the cheek. The jawline. The neck.
What this is not
It is not surgery, and it is not injectables. Nothing here is cut, filled or frozen.
It is not a promise of a specific outcome. Bodies are not identical and neither are results. What I will tell you honestly, at the start, is whether I think this is worth your time and money.

The twelve month term is a thousand dollars less than taking two six month terms back to back. It is also the honest recommendation for most people. Skin turns over slowly, and what we are rebuilding is built slowly.
Cards are welcome at the listed price. Zelle transfers over a few thousand dollars often need to be split across two days, so for the twelve month term a bank transfer is usually simpler.
About supplements and outside therapies
These are not included in the program fee and are paid for directly by you. I cannot tell you in advance what they will cost, because I do not know what you need until I have read your analysis. What I can tell you is that I do not build cheap protocols. If cost is the deciding factor, this is not the right program for you and I would rather say so now.
Some of what I recommend comes from companies I have a relationship with, and in those cases I may earn something. A great deal of what I recommend does not, and I earn nothing at all. I choose based on what your analysis shows and nothing else. Ask me at any point whether I have an interest in something I have suggested, and I will tell you straight.
Who this is for
Someone who has looked at surgery and wanted a different answer. Someone whose face has changed faster than their age explains. Someone who has been putting expensive things on top of their skin and getting very little back for it.
It asks for patience and for follow-through. If you want a result in three weeks, no honest practitioner can give you one.
